Ive bought a bikini, for the beuatiful hot heatwave weather, we are heading for the beach today, how can i get the confidence to go and wear the bikini at the beach? Without cowering and covering it with my arms everytime people look!
Sod the lot of them! Look around you on the beach - you'll see all shapes and sizes displayed for all the world to see! You may feel a little large compared to some of them, but I bet you look like a supermodel compared to the majority of real women! Smile, swing your hips and be proud of your womanly curves. A sarong around your hips may help your confidence and give you even extra confidence! Enjoy!!
Be comfortable in your own skin. You probably notice your imperfections much more than everyone else.... Nobody or BODY is perfect.. Remember that!!
put it on, maybe wear a sarong or t-shirt over it until you feel a bit more confident about taking it off.
Think of all the people at the beach - Im sure most of them are uncomfortable about something to do with their body, or a little shy, just take it slowly.
At the end of the day, im pretty sure no one is going to notice or care what u look like in bikini, unless you are extremely overweight, in which case they might look, so a swimming costume is probably wiser, if you feel uncomfortable walking down the beach past people to go in the sea, pop your t-shirt on and swim with it on.
Its so hot, a lot of people do this to prevent burning shoulders, i certainly do in this heat.

You can lie in the sun (or better, the shade today!) and look glamorous with confidence. Take a lovely floaty long blouse or similar to cover your embarassment when you stand up - you can say it's to prevent burning!(Which is probably a good idea anyway)

when you go to a beach it unlikly that any one will stare at you alot of people will be thinking like you, i am a big girl and no one stared at me , so if you got it babe show it and have a good time
posture is the first step, stand up tall yet still act natural, i lived in tenerife and spent loads of time on the beach, the most attractive looking women seemed to be feeling confident in their own skin. Be confident!!! oh and by the way there arnt as many beach goddess' as you may think!!!
Just think about the good things about yourself then laugh at other peoples bad areas

honey, you will have to learn that the more you try to cover, the more people will stare. and the whole idea of the bikini is to show off. if you dare to buy a sexy bikini, it means that you are confident of your body. therefore go out there and have a great time. you are beautiful enough.
i am sure you will be ok, i have the build of a rather worn rake, my mums budgie has better legs than me, however, this doesnt stop me from wearing my shorts (or err speedos) i am happy with myself, my g/f is too.
You will be fine, and i can assure you that you will be lying on the beech surrounded by people with the exact same worries as you

As with any fear, you only get over it by doing the feared thing, and realising that nothing bad happens. Wear that bikini in public for a while and you will wonder why you ever feared to do so.
(caveat, some things we fear for good reason e.g. getting injured).
Be confident.Forget yourself.Do not think about your body shape and compare with others.Think that the stares are complements to your beauty.Be sure your skin is hair free and smooth.

Eat that low fat yogurt stuff. Haven’t you seen that commercial about the yellow pokeadot bikini? That stuff has some sort of magic power for bikinis.
be confident and happy in the way you look. I'm sure you look great in the bikini. If in doubt, ask a trusted guy friend (girls are too likely to be bitchy)

Doing that with arms will just make you look stupid so think about that.
On the beach everyone is the same so you shouldn't feel out of place it would be different walking into your local shop.
Just go for it enjoy the day get a tan and enjoy a swim.
Be confident and dont let people know that you are shy...just be urself and dont look at people when you feel their stare....
